FAQs

  • When will I get my order?
    We aim to ship within 48 hours after the order is placed. We aim for any order to be delivered within 2 - 5 days.
  • How can I pay?
    We accept payment through all major Credit/Debit cards as well as PayPal
  • Who do you use for delivery and how much do you charge?
    We use a range of couriers for delivery and our delivery charge varies depending on the weight of your order. If you are local to Rochdale you can also collect from us. Contact us for more details on how to arrange this.
  • What if I want to change or cancel my order?
    We advise that you contact us within 24 hours if you want to make any changes to or cancel your order. Once the order is shipped we are unable to cancel or amend your order.
  • How can I return my order?
    Please contact us via email if there is any issue with your order. We will then address the issue as best as we can. Email - toshadibba@gmail.com
  • What is the shelf life of the jars and how should I store them?
    Before opening, all products should be stored in a cold and dry environment. Each product is individual and shelf life may vary. Please refer to the jar for exact storage details. Always use clean, dry utensils to take out the contents of jars and do not reheat.
  • What do I do if my order is lost in transit or arrives damaged?
    If your order does not arrive within 10 days or arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible via email so we can help rectify the issue. Email - toshadibba@gmail.com
  • Do you ship outside of the UK?
    Unfortunately, we only ship within the UK at this stage. We aim to introduce international shipping soon and have a plan to introduce our products outside the UK in the coming years.
